Ashley 7 months (01.09.2011-31.09.2011)! I have stop Breasting & Ashley is fully on Fm now, i feel so sad to stop BF but i have to work & not much time to pump. Ashley drink EnfaPro A+ & has start on solid food & this month i will he try out more new food. i started let him watch some music video & story video,he love it ! Actually Ashley love any video by The GiggleBellies

1130hrs > 150ml x Milk
1430hrs > 2oz carbo Veg + 2oz fruits (for weekday) / 1 small bowls porridge + 2oz fruits
1730hrs > 150ml x Milk
2030hrs > 4tsp x Rice Cereal +30ml milk & 1oz apricot pureed
2300hrs > 150ml x Milk

and the new foods were.
spinach, purple sweet potato, chicken , fish , silver fish , Parsnip, carrot, broccoli, beet root, Avocado, Sierra sweet prunes,Raspberries, Black berry , Barley cereal, Butternut Squash, tofu, sweet corn, blueberry, turnip,peas.

Using slow cooker to cook baby porridge - chicken, carrot, broccoli n pumpkin

I will put the rice & chicken in the slow cooker overnight .

The next day , I will add in all blend/ pureed veg into the porridge 30mins before feed baby. 

Porridge :silver fish + carrot + pumpkin + broccoli + tofu
